1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting [website] or purchasing from Khrome Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy our products.

2. Products and Intended Use

Our products, including Mirror Finish, are grooming products for external use on horses and livestock only. They are not for human consumption and are not intended for use on humans.

Patch test required. Every animal is different. Before first use, test a small area of the animal’s coat and wait for a reaction before applying more widely. Stop using the product immediately if irritation occurs and consult a veterinarian.

Follow all label directions. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and open wounds. Keep out of reach of children. Store as directed on the label.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.

• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

• Orders ship to [shipping regions] and typically leave within [X] business days.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to our Damaged or Leaking Bottles policy below.

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We aren’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

5. Damaged or Leaking Bottles (Returns & Replacements)

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, we will send you a new bottle at no cost.

• Do not mail back the original bottle. Dispose of it safely.

• Contact us at khromeshop@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or leaking bottle.

• Each bottle purchased is eligible for one free replacement.

• This is our only return or replacement policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, opened products, or products used as directed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khrome Shop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Results vary with an animal’s coat, condition, environment, and how the product is applied. We do not guarantee any particular result, appearance, or performance, including in competition or show settings.

7. Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for deciding whether our products are suitable for your animal and for using them according to the label. Animals can react unpredictably to any grooming product. By purchasing, you accept this risk. If you have concerns about your animal’s health or skin, consult a veterinarian before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khrome Shop’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, is limited to the purchase price you paid for the bottle of Mirror Finish giving rise to the claim.

Khrome Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, veterinary expenses, injury to or loss of an animal, loss of competition results or winnings, or property damage, even if we were advised such damage was possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Khrome Shop and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Khrome Shop Kustoms and Mirror Finish names, logos, graphics, text, and images, belongs to Khrome Shop and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Product Information and Reviews

We try to keep product descriptions accurate, but we don’t warrant that they are complete or error-free. Any customer reviews or testimonials reflect individual opinions and experiences, and results may differ.

12. Privacy

We collect information needed to process and ship orders, such as your name, email, shipping address, and order details. We use it to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, and (if you opt in) send marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Our site may use cookies and analytics tools to improve your experience. 

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Rockbridge County, Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction. 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes means you accept them.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Returns & Replacements

At Khrome Shop, we want every bottle of Mirror Finish to arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged or leaking bottles
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, we’ll send you a brand-new bottle at no cost to you.

Please do not mail back the old bottle. Dispose of it safely or keep it. There’s nothing to ship back and no return label needed.

How it works

1. Email us at khromeshop@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or leaking bottle.

2. We’ll confirm and ship your replacement.

Replacement limit
Each bottle purchased is eligible for one free replacement. If you ordered three bottles, up to three can be replaced.
